To sustain the improvement requires change. The selected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) must be easy to communicate, shared often and supported by a production leader. Making it visual (with diagrams, charts or a simple whiteboard with objectives) is a really great way to share ideas to a broad team and can also be updated on a daily basis if they’re placed in a common area and designed to easily communicate key information. Consider sharing the previous day’s line performance together with today’s targets.
