Change and Improve

Once the solution has been selected, implementing the solution involves change; it be may changes to procedures, or machine settings, or work station configurations. Change is sometimes the most difficult aspect of the project and requires a team effort so be sure to involve key members in the implementation phase. To do this effectively, be sure to share the objectives, explain the analysis, and connect those ideas to the selected solution. It is important for your team to understand how improvements will be tracked over time.
